  19. What is NCF? Do you know what file transfer program your modem software 
  20. is using? Zmodem is the best for up/down loading under most conditions, 
  21. but under some conditions other programs are better. Are the files you're 
  22. downloading ascii files or binary files? If they are binary files eg .zip 
  23. or .gif then you will have to set the binary mode function in the file 
  24. transfer program eg     sz -b bigpic.gif    (send Zmodem binary)
